The Full Story

About Me

I have spent my career inside DTC and consumer companies where growth outpaced structure. I’m an operator who gravitates toward messy, cross-functional problems where things need to move but no one quite owns them yet. I’m most useful when I’m embedded with a team, turning ideas, priorities, and half-finished plans into execution that actually ships.

I get most energized when I'm actively building, which is why I love start ups through and through.

Operating Experience

Prior to Layer Cake Works, I led teams at a variety of rapidly scaling startups:

  • Chief of Staff and Director of Ecommerce at Snowe, partnering closely with the CEO on company priorities while leading the digital product and ecommerce teams

  •  Director of Integrated Marketing, Ecommerce, and Lifecycle at First Day, leading core teams during a high-growth phase

  •  DTC Lead at Heyday, building the brand’s digital strategy and ecommerce operations as the company expanded into an unexplored DTC channels

  • Director of Business Operations at Quarter Zero, partnering with the founder as a team of two to build from 0 to 1

Early Foundation

Wharton graduate with early experience in investment banking at Jefferies and finance at Morgan Stanley.

That background still shapes how I approach decisions today: structured thinking, analytical rigor, and comfort working through complex business problems

And the cherry on top

Outside of work, I gravitate toward bringing people together and making things happen. I love baking (layer cakes included, though my frosting skills are subpar), hosting dinners and gatherings, organizing community events, and finding ways to support social impact efforts.
